This unit is engineered for high-efficiency municipal and industrial cleaning operations, combining powerful vacuum suction with high-pressure washing in a single robust vehicle.

Chassis Configuration

The truck is built on a heavy-duty Dongfeng Tianlong chassis, powered by a Cummins 320 HP engine and paired with a FAST manual transmission – delivering reliable performance and smooth power delivery even under demanding working conditions.

Superstructure & Tank Design

• Total tank volume is approximately 22 m³, fabricated from 8mm-thick carbon steel for superior durability.
• The tank is split into two compartments: ~5 m³ for clean water and the remainder for vacuum sludge collection. The two compartments are interconnected via a ball valve for operational flexibility and are separated by a built-in bulkhead.
• To resist corrosion and abrasion, the interior of the tank is lined with stainless steel plates, ensuring a longer service life.

High-Pressure Washing System

Equipped with a Pinfeng 350 flow-rate high-pressure washing pump and 100 meters of high-pressure hose, this unit delivers powerful water jetting for pipe unclogging and surface cleaning. The hose reel is mounted on the rear head with 180-degree rotation for easy maneuverability in tight spaces.

Vacuum System

The vacuum system features a 258 water-ring pump driven by a 420 HP auxiliary engine, providing exceptional suction power for rapid waste collection.

Convenient Discharge & Access Points

• The rear head is hydraulically openable and includes an 800mm cement-type cover for sludge discharge, also hydraulically operated.
• Additional outlets include:
  • One 150mm side-mounted ball valve (swing-type)
  • One 150mm rear discharge ball valve
  • One 100mm rear ball valve
• A visual sludge inspection window is fitted for real-time monitoring of tank contents.

Safety & Visibility

The truck is designed with a heavy-load rated structure and features arrow-type warning lights at the rear of the tank for enhanced road safety during operation.
