Massive Manufacturing Power – Inside Our State-of-the-Art Crane & Boom Production Line
Share
We are proud to open the doors to our world-class manufacturing facility, where precision engineering meets industrial-scale production. Our dedicated production line for cranes and crane booms represents the culmination of decades of technical expertise, advanced automation, and an unwavering commitment to quality – all under one roof.
A Facility Built for Heavy-Duty Output
Spanning a vast production area, our workshop is purpose-designed for the complete manufacturing cycle of telescopic booms, knuckle booms, and full crane assemblies. From raw steel plate to fully assembled, load-tested units, every stage of production is carried out in-house, ensuring strict quality control and on-time delivery for large-volume orders.
Advanced Fabrication & Welding Lines
At the heart of our operation lies a fully integrated fabrication line featuring:
- High-precision CNC cutting systems for flame and plasma profiling of high-strength steel.
- Automated plate rolling and forming machines that shape boom sections with micron-level accuracy.
- Robotic and semi-automatic welding stations employing multi-pass welding techniques, ensuring deep penetration and consistent seam integrity – critical for the fatigue resistance required in lifting applications.
Heat Treatment & Stress-Relief Processing
To guarantee the structural reliability of every boom, our facility is equipped with large-capacity heat treatment furnaces and stress-relief vibration systems. These processes eliminate internal stresses from welding, significantly enhancing the durability and safety of our crane components under extreme working loads.
Precision Machining & Assembly
Our machining workshop houses heavy-duty lathes, boring mills, and CNC machining centers capable of handling oversized boom sections with exceptional tolerance control. Following machining, our skilled technicians assemble hydraulic cylinders, slew rings, and control systems onto the boom assemblies, integrating them into fully functional crane units.
Rigorous Quality Assurance & Load Testing
Every crane and boom that leaves our production line must pass a stringent multi-stage inspection protocol, including:
- Non-destructive testing (NDT) – ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspections for all critical welds.
- Hydraulic pressure testing for all cylinders and valve blocks.
- Full-load static and dynamic testing using our on-site test weights and instrumented measuring systems, simulating real-world lifting conditions to verify rated capacity and safety margins.
Large-Batch Production Capacity
With an annual output capacity exceeding [X] units, our production line is engineered for efficiency. Our lean manufacturing workflow, combined with a well-stocked raw material warehouse and just-in-time parts supply, allows us to handle both standard model runs and custom-engineered orders with industry-leading lead times.
Commitment to Innovation
Beyond volume, our production floor is a living laboratory. We continuously integrate feedback from field operations into our manufacturing processes, refining boom geometry, optimizing weld schedules, and upgrading hydraulic integration to meet evolving market demands for higher lifting heights, greater payloads, and smoother telescoping action.
From the first cut of steel to the final load test, our crane and boom production line stands as a testament to our engineering heritage and our forward-looking vision. We invite partners and clients to experience the scale, precision, and passion that go into every machine we build.
